Return & Refund Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you’re not happy with your order, you have 30 days from the date of receipt to request a return.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be in the same condition as when you received it (unworn, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging).
- You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.
How to start a return:
To initiate a return, please contact us at kiranartstudiopk@gmail.com. Once your return is accepted, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions on how to send your package back. Please ensure that the return is requested first, as items sent back without a prior return request will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your items upon receipt. If your order arrives defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can address the issue and make things right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items are not eligible for return, including:
- Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants)
- Custom products (such as special orders or personalized items)
- Personal care products (such as beauty items)
- Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

We also do not accept returns for sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
To ensure you get the item you want, we recommend returning the item you have and, once the return is processed, making a separate purchase for the new item.
European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As with the general return policy, your item must be unused, in its original condition, with tags, and in the original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you’ll receive a refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
